The Arizona Cardinals plan to bring back one of their young receivers for at least one more year.

In a no-brainer move, the Cardinals tendered exclusive-rights free agent Greg Dortch, bringing him back for the 2024 season. This was first reported by Jason Fitzgerald of Over the Cap.

The ERFA tender will cost the Cardinals $1.13 million to keep Dortch next season. That's a good price for the 25-year-old Dortch, who has been a solid contributor for Arizona over the last couple of years.

Dortch only had a few catches in his first year with the Cardinals, but turned his game up a bit in 2022 and 2023. He's earned 79 catches for 762 yards and four touchdowns in three years with Arizona, playing in 37 games and starting 10.

Dortch has also been the team's main kick and punt returner over the last two seasons, averaging 8.1 yards per punt return and 20.5 yards per kick return.

Dortch joins offensive lineman Carter O’Donnell and linebacker Jesse Luketa as exclusive-rights free agents that the Cardinals chose to bring back. O'Donnell and Luketa were tendered at the end of January.
